A luxury spa at the 4-star hotel
The Spa Quatre Terres welcomes you in a space inspired by its natural setting and devoted to your well-being. Our team of experts offers a wide choice of tailored beauty and relaxation treatments including a hot stone massage, a traditional Chinese massage, body scrubs and wraps, beauty treatments and more.
Two swimming pools for year-round bathing
The Hôtel Ermitage and its spa, the Spa Quatre Terres, features aquatic spaces with two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Both pools are reserved exclusively for hotel residents.
The indoor pool is open all year round, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. It enjoys natural daylight and also features a hot tub.
The outdoor pool is open from May to October, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can also sip a delicious cocktail and enjoy light meals at our poolside bar “La Chaise Longue”.
Children under 10 years of age are forbidden access to our water facilities at Spa 4 Terres from 12pm to 4pm, and no longer from 14 years of age.
Welcoming wellness areas
The Spa Quatre Terres’ wellness area comprises a hot tub, a steam room, a sauna, a gym and a relaxation room with herbal teas where you can spend time before and after your treatment for the most relaxing experience possible. The wellness facilities are open every day from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The relaxation facilities are accessible to over 10s. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the pools. Non-residents may use the gym and sauna and steam room area if they have booked a spa treatment.
Treatments in one of our 9 treatment rooms, including one duo room, are available with our experts, by appointment, Monday to Saturday, 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., and on Sunday (except during French school holiday periods) from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Full access to the gym
The Hôtel Ermitage’s fully equipped gym will support you in your athletic pursuits throughout your stay. Open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., you have unsupervised access to a variety of machines to maintain and improve your cardio (treadmills, bikes), along with more technical equipment to help you target more specific muscle groups.
If you’d like some personalised guidance, the Hôtel Royal's sports coaches can, on request, provide children's swimming lessons and customised coaching sessions*.
