A Retreat Designed Around Freedom
At Hôtel Ermitage, everyone follows their own rhythm. The programme intentionally includes spacious moments between workshops so that each guest can shape their stay according to their needs and preferences.
Book a treatment at the spa, enjoy a walk through the gardens, spend time on the golf course, share a meal with loved ones or fellow participants, or simply settle into the quiet beauty of the season. Nothing is imposed. Everything is possible. Inspired by the spirit of the house, this retreat embraces freedom, simplicity and the luxury of taking your time.
Workshops take place collectively in one of the hotel's lounges or outdoors whenever conditions allow. Participation is always optional, allowing everyone to experience the retreat in the way that feels most meaningful to them.
Meet Your Retreat Host: Anne-Sophie Najda
For fifteen years, Anne-Sophie Najda worked in a demanding professional environment before choosing to dedicate herself fully to teaching yoga. As a mother of four, she is deeply committed to helping people cultivate lasting balance through movement, breathwork and a more conscious management of their energy.
Certified in 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga, trained in mental performance coaching and holder of a university diploma in Human Performance Support, Anne-Sophie brings together physical practice, mindset and wellbeing in a way that is both accessible and grounded in everyday life.
Having already led numerous yoga retreats, she offers a warm, thoughtful and practical approach to wellbeing. Her intention is not to encourage doing more, but rather to help participants reconnect with what truly matters: breathing more deeply, moving more freely and creating space for themselves again.
